Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (for example, the URL of the specific page).

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices should be sent to:

Email: info@kultrebel.com

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, KULTREBEL will promptly investigate the claim, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate, and take reasonable steps to notify the user responsible for posting the material.

Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a copyright complaint, and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Montréal, Québec, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright complaint or their authorized agent.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, KULTREBEL may restore the removed material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

KULTREBEL reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Site for repeat copyright infringement or other violations of intellectual property rights.
